My experience with teaching yoga breathing techniques for alleviating anxiety has been very successful in private sessions as well as an in-person 8 Week Course.
This is great for people who can schedule a private session or come to the class at the designated day of the week and time of day.
Through feedback I found that many people would like to learn these natural techniques but either don’t live in the area, don’t have transportation, or can’t make the specified day or time.
They also want more tools they can use at home.
What prompted me to create this on-line course is the demand for natural techniques for managing anxiety and the desire for customer convenience.

A 4 Week On-line Course
This course is designed to help people with anxiety
breathe calmly, improve focus and concentration, sleep better,
and increase energy through natural yoga breathing techniques.
What’s In the On-line Course?
Over 4 weeks, you will learn 6 different yoga breathing techniques geared toward breathing properly and to help regulate your autonomic nervous system (think reduce stress & increase relaxation).
The course includes 4 Modules. Each module is designed for a week and includes an introduction, instructions for the breathing practices and guidance for you to practice during the week.
This is a work at your own pace course. Video/audio recordings and slides are used as education tools for both learning the breathing techniques and for on-going practice. The general idea is that you will spend 20-30 minutes each day for 5 days each week learning and practicing the breathing techniques. You can choose the days but you should follow the lessons in order.
You will have continual access to these video/audio breathing practices after the course is completed. The goal is to provide you tools and support to practice at home on a regular basis.
As additional forms of support you can email me any questions you may have and there is a Facebook Group dedicated to the on-line course participants. Here you can ask and share feedback with me and other like-minded individuals and I can share helpful tips and articles with you!
